The person will support the Relationship Managers for origination and execution of debt transactions - both proprietary lending as well as syndicated lending.

Over a period of time, will be required to interact with clients.

Assistance in monitoring and follow up with clients

- Senior Analyst / Associate Total number of employees supervised

- Basic understanding and hands-on experience (Preferable) of executing lending related documentation such as Term Sheet, Loan Agreement, Security

- Documents, KYC, CP documents etc.

- Mandate / Execution - working with external legal counsel on transaction documentation

- Funding - liaising with internal ops teams and counsel to ensure execution and closure
