Senior Analyst/Associate - Corporate Finance Team - Tech Sector - Investment Banking - CA/CFA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Our client I. Banking firm has an opportunity in their Corporate Finance team at Sr. Analyst / Associate level in Tech Sector.

Experience: 2-4 years

Educational Qualifications : MBA from a premier institute/CA or CFA with relevant work experience

JD:

1) To play an integral role in the strategic and financial objectives of the CF - Advisory business and assist in the origination, structuring and execution of sector/client specific transactions.

2) Providing transaction support with regard to analysis, valuation and documentation

3) Ensure effective execution for deals of their sector and clients. Brainstorm innovative ideas, solutions and proposals within the teams.

4) Responsible for handling all aspects of client liaison except those involving negotiations on pricing or structure of a merger.
