RESPONSIBILITIES: - Financial reporting, pricing, and accounting of real estate or infrastructure fund. - Daily, monthly, quarterly debt mark-to-market process. - Prepare reports which include information and analysis on assets and funds. - Management of payments made at the fund level (Treasury). - Coordination with teams for client queries. - Review and analyze property/asset and fund financial information. - Ensuring all investments are accounted with GRA policies and procedures as well as GAAP. - Support business in the Audit process, management fees calculations and invoice payments. REQUIREMENTS: - CA/MBA and experience in Fund accounting/Financial Reporting - Knowledge of the Real Estate business and Private Equity Fund structures would be preferred. - Good knowledge of Financial statements, accounting and Variance analysis. - Strong Analytical, technical, management and planning skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
