Levels- Sr Analyst ( 3-5 yrs) / AM ( 5-7 yrs), Manager (7+ yrs)

Shift timings - General with extended working hours

Qualification- Grad/ post grad degree

Roles and responsibilities -

- Responsible for the surveillance of electronic communications - internal and external to the Firm including corporate e-mail & voice recordings

- Identify any non-compliant or suspicious activity and escalate questionable electronic communications to the relevant compliance officer/manager

- Remain updated on developments and changes concerning relevant regulatory regulations

- Develop and maintain a good understanding of the Firm's business groups and products, including, but not limited to, Fixed Income, Investment Banking, Equity Research and Equities
