Senior Analyst - Advanced Analytics - Machine Language/R/SQL

A candidate having 2-5 years of experience in R, SQL,Predictive Modelling from the scratch and Machine Language.

Qualified from a Premier Institute.

Responsibilities:

- Translate high level business requirements/ problems into sound and comprehensive analytical framework through appropriate usage of advanced statistical / mathematical techniques

- Analyze and recommend the implementation, sequencing, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns

- Analyze the master plan of activity to ensure that individual campaigns fits in effectively without duplication or over-exposure whilst still achieving individual campaign objectives

- Solve business problems through usage of appropriate statistical techniques (predictive and descriptive) like multinomial linear and nonlinear regression, time series, hierarchical regression, Bayesian analytics, segmentation, clustering, decision trees, ANOVA/ ANCOVA, Random forest, correlation, structural equation modeling, Markov Chain, MCMC, ANN, optimization etc.

- Optimize marketing spend by allocating the right level of support to the right channels or vehicles, right campaigns and targeting the right audience

- Proactively alert of any inconsistencies or issues with each campaign such as underperformance, over pacing, or delivery challenges and ensure timely resolution

- Build predictive models from multiple data sources, develop advanced algorithms that extract and classify information from large datasets

- Conduct analysis, draw insights and present findings to the client

- Well versed with techniques like linear and non-linear regression, Bayesian Analytics, Segmentation, Machine Learning (Artificial Neural Networks, Random forest, Gradient Boosting, SVM, MCMC), Decision trees, Hidden Marcov models, sentiment analysis etc.

- Proficiency in VBA will be highly preferred

- Experience in handling, massaging and analysing unstructured data, text mining, and exposure to Hadoop ecosystem is a strong plus

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong client management skills

- Capable of handling multiple mission-critical projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality or impacting deadlines
