Roles and Responsibilities:
We are recruiting for a Senior Analyst in the Account Management Support team. Working as a Senior Analyst in this team, your responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with Sector or account teams, knowledge managers onsite as well as internal sector networks within RAK-KGS for supporting activities around global opportunity pipeline, global account planning and management reporting
- Collaborate with internal sector leads, research teams and knowledge groups to understand the tracking of projects / opportunities and activities around Sector or account issues etc.
- Focus on improving efficiency through development and maintenance of key excel based delivery operations, tools/macros, including automation of the dashboards / regular reports and ad hoc analytics request
- Actively work on enhancing the Sales Enablement/Marketing Support products by analysis of activity, trends and by obtaining / analyzing client/account feedback
- Constantly drive process improvements (technology-enabled, or otherwise) that enhance team productivity and reduce turnaround time
- Ensure that each work product is well operational and is supported with work instructions and other guidance material to make product delivery both efficient and reliable in quality
- Work closely with your manager to ensure consistency and quality of support provided by the team, devise quality procedures, standards and specifications
