Job Description:

As the Senior AI/ML Specialist at [Company Name], you will take on a leadership role within our AI/ML division. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of AI/ML professionals and work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities and deliver AI/ML solutions that drive value. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.

- Will be working with leading research scientists and specialists in Healthcare and Biotech domain to train and create models.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges.

- Drive the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions that align with strategic goals.

- Provide technical guidance and expertise in the selection of appropriate machine learning frameworks and tools.

- Oversee data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, and evaluation processes.

- Ensure the optimization and fine-tuning of AI/ML models for performance and accuracy.

- Lead the documentation of AI/ML models and solutions.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning research and technologies.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

- Act as a point of contact for escalations and problem-solving within the AI/ML division.

- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and stakeholders to integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.

- Healthcare and Biotech related domain expertise is plus.

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and implementation.

- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.

- Strong Hands-on experience in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

- Excellent programming skills in languages like Python or R.

- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

- Knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision is a plus.

- Strong Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS Sage Maker, Google AI Platform, Azure Machine Learning).

- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively and navigate complex challenges.
