Senior Agile Coach - Finance Processes

We are looking for Senior Agile Coach with experience in finance processes for our client @ Bangalore location.

Exp: 15+ years

Relevant exp as Agile coach: 5+ yrs.

Should have experience in any of the Finance processes - Procure to Pay (P2P) / Order to Cash (O2C) / Record to Report (R2R) (OR) Business Finance (Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting)

Job Description:

- Train project teams on Agile methodology and guide in implementation

- Hands on experience in Agile coaching of project teams located across multiple geographies

- Work with all stakeholders to setup and maintain a structured way to continuously improve the teams and product development flow

- Develop and communicate vision on enterprise Agility

- Facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews and retrospectives

- Help the organization through the transition and ensure successful adoption of Agile culture

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail

- Experience in any of the Finance processes - Procure to Pay (P2P) / Order to Cash (O2C) / Record to Report (R2R) (OR) Business Finance (Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting)

- Advanced knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle

- Experience working as Scrum Master will be an added advantage

Skills & Qualifications required:

- Overall 15+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in using Agile methods and hands on experience in executing projects using Agile methodologies

- ICP-ACC certification

- MBA in Finance / CA / Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

- A strong and demonstrated interest in consulting and/or advisory client service

- Excellent academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate coursework

- Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently

- Should be a strong team player
