Senior Actuary Role - P&C Pricing - Insurance

This is a Senior Regional Position with a global Re-insurance leader. You will need to be a qualified actuary with at least 8 years of experience in general insurance (preferably P&C Lines) and have proven leadership credentials.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Lead & Head the India P&C insurance and reinsurance clients in Costing and pricing related activities.

- Working in a competitive work environment.

- Managing stakeholders globally working on Risk, Pricing, Costing & Governance.

- Strong India market experience.

- Work closely with the India market + regulators + clients etc.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- A Fellow member of recognized actuarial societies.

- A graduate degree in a related field.

- Around 6 to 12 years of experience.

- Proactive, independent problem solver.

- Reinsurance experience, pricing experience, and insurance risk management exposure.

- Familiarity with Asia Insurance / Reinsurance market would be an advantage.

- It is preferable for an applicant to have people-management background.

- Candidate must be able to juggle actuarial and business concerns and be sensitive to the negotiation process.
