Senior Actuarial Analyst - Motor Insurance

Responsibilities:

- Perform in-depth experience analysis on motor insurance claims and premium datasets

- Collecting background information and assessing risk to underwrite the policy

- Responsible for handle queries from business teams and various other stakeholders

- Prepare business strategies to increase efficiency and profitability in business sourcing

- To develop and implement predictive models/machine learning algorithms using SAS, R, Python or any other statistical tool/package as per requirements from business team

- Communicate results of experience studies, pricing and reserving to internal and external stake holders

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Post graduate degree required, with heavy emphasis on mathematics or statistics

- 5-8 years of experience in Insurance domain preferably motor insurance analytics

- CT series exams cleared from any of the actuarial societies

- Attention to detail, good judgement, interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently

- Excellent Analytical and Communication Skills
