Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand each client's business goals and marketing needs.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and escalations.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team's success.
- Oversee the allocation of client accounts and workload to the team members.
Strategic Account Growth:
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients.
- Develop account growth plans and work collaboratively with clients to achieve them.
- Monitor and report on client account performance and KPIs.
Project Management:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, technical, content, etc.) to ensure timely and successful project execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects meet client expectations and objectives.
Financial Management:
- Manage account budgets and ensure profitability.
- Generate accurate client invoices and monitor payment status.
- Provide financial forecasts for client accounts.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Create and present comprehensive reports on campaign performance.
- Analyze data to identify insights and recommend optimizations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and share insights with clients.
Qualifications:
- Degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or advertising account management.
- Proven experience in leading and developing a team of account managers.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using project management and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
