Sr. Account Manager - Strategic Sales

Responsibilities :

Sales

- Explore opportunities for Large IT Services Deals comprising of IT Infra, Application and Digital Services

- Research and Identify strategic need and pain areas of Corporates and large enterprise accounts for outsourcing their non core activities and create potential list of accounts where strategic positioning of Quess IT services can be offered.

- Use existing relationships and build new relationship at CXO level in Target accounts where concept of integrated large IT services & solution can be showcased to seed the opportunity

- Ensure the targets of Order Bookings are achieved for all Quess's business line under IT and Digital Services offerings. The ACV target will be 25-30 Cr INR in a year with 15% + GM.

- Work with Pre Sales, Delivery and BFM SPOCs of Quess and lead the engagement with prospective clients for customized solution design to meet customer's requirement

- Work closely with Practices and Delivery team to create Value Propositions and compelling Proposals to Customers

- Ensure handholding between Customer and Quess Internal delivery organization for smooth transition for closed deals

- Ensure timely billing and collection from projects

Key Skills :

- Ability to hunt and penetrate across length & breadth of large corporate/Enterprise, at various level starting from CXO to other key decision influencers

- Proven track record of independently selling 10 Cr + ACV deals in large accounts by positioning integrated IT services & solution capability

- Very Strong Interpersonal relationship skills

- Consultative approach for selling Concepts to target customers

- Strong knowledge of selling Integrated services of IT Infrastructure and Application

- Strong communication, negotiation and Presentations Skills

Requirements :

- Min 15 years of IT Services and Solution Sales experience with Tier-1 IT Company selling multiple 10 Cr +ACV deals

- Track record of over-achieving Sales Target

- Self-motivated and driven

- MBA from Leading B Schools
