We are HIRING Senior Account Manager for our client - a Staffing Firm backed by world-renowned investors such as Samara Capital, Goldman Sachs, and Janchor Partners with the objective of building a leading Human Resources and Services organization.
Ideal candidate is responsible to act as a dedicated or designated liaison between the company & clients, improve client satisfaction by meeting their service level agreements & to create a motivating working environment that is conducive to individual growth & motivate high performance
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned corporate accounts, build lasting relationships with client manager and team members.
- New customer acquisition, identify potential clients and pursue them, on-board new customers.
- Expand service offerings, work with the leadership team to design and offer new service lines to customers.
- Ensure quality and timeliness in service delivery to the client at all times.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships within new clients and strong connect with direct customers hiring Managers, Tier 1 Vendors, Prime vendors and other avenues to generate the staffing business/ requirements and liable to generate a new business opportunity from existing clients.
- Generate consultant assignment opportunities with existing client managers.
- Assist hiring managers in defining their consultant needs.
- Work in collaboration with a dedicated recruiting team to facilitate a successful delivery process for clients.
- Manage the entire staffing sales process from prospecting to close.
- Maintain close relationships with key client management to ensure satisfaction and future sales.
- Generate sales revenue in new accounts.
- Work closely with recruiting team to ensure deliver the customers and responsible for achieving the agreed business targets of individual team.
- Disciplined planning process; well versed in using technology and contact management systems for follow up.
- Support, provide guidance to and manage the efforts of the aligned recruiters.
- Need to be technically apt to provide technical assistance to recruiters in facilitating search.
- Should have contacts with the T1 Vendors, Implementation Partners or Clients.
- Provide weekly report of sales activity, job orders, Pipeline progress and deals to Operations Head.
