Sr. Manager Account - (CA )with SAP and Export experience

- Book keeping requirement

- Statutory Compliance

- Providing MIS for business decision

- Timely & accurate compliances for Direct & Indirect taxes, ensuring timely refunds, secretarial work

- Design, implement, strengthen and monitor internal controls for accounting.

- Consolidation & Finalization of accounts and Annual Report.

- Verification, timely disbursement & recording of Bill Payables & employee Cost

- Initiating budgeting exercise, preparing cost budgets, compiling of revenue & cost budgets, monitoring & Controlling.

- Reconciliation & Scrutiny of Accounts

- Handle Internal and Statutory Audit and resolve queries.

- Managing Fixed Assets

- Accounting, statutory compliances and MIS of subsidiaries

- Monitoring & Control of cash transactions

- ERP System Audit & amendments

- Liaison with Government statutory bodies

- Due diligence and M&A

- Chartered Accountant

- 10 Years of post-qualification experience. Minimum 5 years as Manager preferably from export oriented organization

- Strong domain knowledge of Statutory Compliances, Internal Controls & Financial Management

- Organizing resources & establishing priorities

- Team leading exposure of 3-5 people

- Knowledge of Exim laws (FTP), Customs, Excise
