Urgently looking for Senior Account Manager/Regional Account Manager for a Start up company. They provides restaurants with a platform to run day-to-day operations including ordering, online presence management, and CRM.
Regional Account Manager :
- Responsible for servicing the clients and generating revenue via up selling, cross selling and renewals.
- As a Regional Account Manager, you would be responsible for building, leading, training, managing the development of key account management team
- The person will be responsible for ensuring all the key accounts of a region are engaged and satisfied.
- This is a leadership role to ensure leadership on key accounts in the region and to ensure repeat revenue from them as well as to grow the accounts.
- Be responsible for enterprise accounts of the region and be in constant touch with them . Monitor health of the region portfolio by closely tracking the key metrics - revenue, penetration, usage and churn.
Sr Account Manager :
Responsibilities :
- Up-Sell, Cross-Sell, Prospect, forecast, resource allocation, and planning of new business deals
- Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications
- Advise customer on ROI using business drivers while presenting product sale
- Participate in the creation, presentation and sales of a complete value proposition via the telephone, internet, webinar and customer meetings
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sale as required
- Thoroughly qualify all leads and sales opportunities
- Present products in a compelling, positive, and professional way
