The Company is associated with the business of manufacturing Potpourri, Dried Flowers, Bouquets, Wreaths, Topiaries, Diffusers, etc.,

They have been one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of Home Fragrance and Home Decor products in India

Key Competencies and Qualifications:

- Bachelor or master's degree with 5+ years of experience in the FMCG, Apparel or Non-Food industry successfully selling to top US, UK or other European retailers directly and via their Indian/Asian sourcing offices.

- Excellent selling, negotiation & communication skills and fluency in English.

- Strategic and analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach to work.

- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong sense of ownership

- Experience in joint business planning, co-development with customers is a plus

- In-depth knowledge of the US and/or European retail landscape.

- High level of expertise in preparing customer presentations using PowerPoint (and Excel for charts/graphs and a passion for home fragrance and home decor products, consumer knowledge and trends.

- Quick learner - creative, proactive and with a hands-on attitude who enjoys working in a highly dynamic international environment with flat hierarchies.

Responsibilities:

- Delivery of the business results and responsibility for relationship with national and international accounts

- Strategic business development with existing account

- New accounts generation in Europe, APAC and USA

- Offer preparation with prices and other logistic/payment terms based on margin goals by product category

- Lead of multi-functional team serving top customers

- Responsibility for the sales forecast of your accounts within GALA's S&OP process

- Customer Margin Management (right mix, price increases, cost saving opportunities)

- Responsibility for improving the customer payment score (overdues handling, payment terms negotiations etc.)

- People manager for Key Account Managers and merchandisers

- Close collaboration with other functions to deliver the projects and orders committed to customers
