Sr Enterprise Sales Account Manager| AI powered global saas platform

Headquartered in San Francisco, California, our client offers the first artificial intelligence based plant monitoring software in process industries. It effectively combines predictive maintenance with explainable failure modes/recommendations, and self-learning workflows to mitigate equipment failures and performance loss.

Founded in 2019 by technology leaders who come from institutions like IIT Madras and IIIT Hyderabad, this company works with top notch clients in the industry verticals of power generation, oil and gas, chemicals, metals, renewables and others. It has raised a total of $5M in funding and helps operators solve process and performance issues with minimum effort.

As a Sr Enterprise Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with the founding team to combine strategic and tactical abilities to sell the company's SaaS Software products and services by qualifying opportunities, working with the client stakeholders to build a value case, and closing the sale.

What you will do:

- Rolling up your sleeves and developing and executing on a repeatable sales process to open, develop and close sales, to meet and exceed targets

- Managing the end-to-end sales cycle for prospective customers

- Prospecting cold leads/taking warm inbound leads/building strong meaningful relationships with key operations/reliability stakeholders at corporate level in customer organizations

- Working closely with product marketing for sales enablement & collateral

- Working closely with customer success to ensure successful pre-sales rollouts & nurturing through the funnels

What you need to have:

- 7+ years of relevant sales experience with 2+ years in Enterprise sales tech solution

- Experience selling software in the industrial manufacturing sector (renewables, oil & gas, refining, chemicals, power generation, cement, etc.)

- Ability to successfully navigate and close six figure deals

- Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience

- A consultative, customer-centric selling philosophy

- High integrity, ethics, and team-building abilities

- Polished communication skills; ability to deliver the company's message to senior executives as well as all levels of management

- Experience working with asset performance management solutions

- Experience in predictive analytics solutions or platforms

- Experience with industrial tech (IoT, predictive maintenance solutions, condition monitoring)

- Strong commitment to serving our customers

- Experience of having worked at an early startup and growing it from 0-$5M in revenue

- Understanding of OT and IT solutions (historian, CMMS, APM, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance) and personas. Experience selling such products and/or to such stakeholders is preferred

- Experience/understanding of product-led-growth motions and how sales, marketing, customer success can come together to enable PLG as the business scales

- Ability to pitch the product clearly with engineering leadership teams and security teams

- Experience using Hubspot, Linkedin and other prospecting tools
