Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts for Maverics Data technology business. Own the accounts and act as the client champion
- Market Leadership: creates account-mining strategies and plan for the Client Partners review and for its incorporation into the broader client strategy and plan.
- Implements a dynamic marketing plan, with the aim of increasing talent deployment and also seeking data technology solutions-based opportunities.
- Research and evaluate new industry leading best practices related to Data BU.
- Relationship Management: executes and manages the account plan under the guidance of the Client Partner. Invests time in strengthening existing client relationships. Participates in reviews and provides educated and relevant perspectives
- Maintain a high level of relevant domain (BFSI) and technical (Data technologies) knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between Priority Clients and Company. Identifying and establishing new business & organizing sales visits, meeting with clients.
- Learn and develop further knowledge of new technologies and selling points which includes enhancing expertise in the company's competency that align with the company's vision.
- Project/Program Management: Managing multiple data projects and stakeholders along with ensuring that project timelines are adhered to. Also managing the delivery teams and deliverables.
- Business Development: responds to and deliver on client requests; responds to RFPs. Finds opportunities, makes enthusiastic proposals to client in line with account strategy. Obtains the approvals to pursue opportunities. Engage the meaningful team for solutions.
- Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales
- Coordination with Fulfilment team, which includes allocating and tracking demands and driving teams for closures through Account Managers and Delivery Team.
- Grow business through penetration of new verticals & customer segments
- Promote company's business to prospective clients; Represent the organization in key external business relationships with major clients and making pitches to prospective clients.
- Communications: Managing communications between key clients and internal teams. Maintains efficient communications within the department, as well as between departments. Endeavors to promote harmony and a team spirit with all the other departments.
- Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
- To achieve the revenue target from new and existing clients.
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
Skillsets:
- Proactive go-getter in nature and willingness to build individual sales/mining pipeline through prospecting
- Working experience in bringing new/mining clients / business for the company by selling Staffing Solutions / Services.
- Account mining experience for existing accounts and adding new logos
- Knowledge of Big data, analytics and other technical sales and managing these accounts
- Proven track record of growing a successful consulting & services business in the banking and financial services industry.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills, particularly with highly diverse teams.
- Deep knowledge of Information Systems/Business Consulting Methodologies.
- Executive-level experience in the areas of resource management (financial, cost and asset) preferably with a mix of consulting and operations experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, able to deal at the CXO level, exceptionally skilled at forging long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Exceptional client management skills and experience.
- Strong people skills, assertive and ability to lead a team of internal and external stakeholders
- Has a proven track record of successfully negotiating rates with customers to ensure maximum profitability, exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
- Experience in managing the Sales Lifecycle, prospecting, cold calling, and selling to close deals
- Understanding of Data technology
- Create propositions working with Maverics Data competencies
- Lead negotiation and commercial terms for large deals.
- Monitors and incorporates trends and market dynamics into account strategy and plan
- Comfortable with ambiguity, excited by change, and excel through autonomy
