Urgent opening with a leading add firm in Gurgaon for the role of Digital Senior Account Director.

- Candidates must be from a Digital Background

- This position is for Client servicing and Account Management role

- Team handling is a must

The Primary Objectives Of The Senior Account Director Are :

- To ensure the successful development & implementation of both global & local client campaigns.

- To identify & progress strategic development & new business opportunities with clients.

- To work with Team to ensure leverage and appropriate application of guidance for Global initiatives.

- To mentor the team members and build their marketing and business category skill-set to benefit the client, the agency and the team-members career growth

Skills & Requirements :

- 4-5 years of Digital experience with an agency.

- Must have strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal departmental relationships

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (English a must)

- Team builder

- Strong problem solving skills

- Minimum Bachelor's degree

- Understand the power of a brand and relationship marketing's role within the marketing mix & Knows how to manage the P & L of the account
