The Sr. Manager - Marketing & Lead Generation will play a pivotal part in building SemaConnect's market position by managing all aspects of creating, evaluating, defining, and executing marketing and lead generation strategies and initiatives to aid in the sales process for partnerships and corporate sales of SemaConnect's products. - Leads the overall marketing effort for SemaConnect India in collaboration and partnership with the India Sales Organization as well as the Corporate Marketing Team in North America. - Manages all performance marketing for SemaConnect India - using all tools at their disposal including the Internet, offline programs, PR, events and any and all marketing constructs. - Analyzes competitive landscape and trends to identify and address opportunities in the marketplace; provides feedback to product development teams. - Collaborates with Sales teams on sales strategies for optimizing partners relationships - Works in partnership with sales teams but owns the Lead Generation process and optimizes for meeting company revenue goals. - Successfully tracks, reports, and presents, marketing metrics; develops data-driven plans for improvement to ensure alignment to business plan. - Market research, to include, but not limited to benchmarking competition, conducting market research and analysis, market, and customer segmentation planning, and staying current with industry trends, technology, and best practices in collaboration with sales and account management teams. - Monitors competitive landscape, economic indicators, and industry trends; Identifies innovative approaches to increase market or geographic share. - Owns and improves on all marketing collateral and tools which will aid in the betterment of the sales process.
