Job summary:

The Senior Manager of Operations and Logistics is an experienced professional who is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a company's supply chain, logistics, and operational efficiency. They work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing logistics policies, processes and procedures

- Identifying and Managing relationships with third-party logistics providers and vendors

- Setting up and managing QC processes for the devices and peripherals

- Identifying, training and putting in place systems, teams, spaces, automation tools that enable scaling of operations

- Inventory management, procurement predictions to bring costs down at scale and with efficiency.

- Optimizing logistics, packaging, assembly, warehousing,

- Conducting regular performance reviews of logistics and operations staff

- Developing and managing budgets for logistics and operations departments

- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

- Analyzing logistics data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

- Managing inventory levels and ensuring product availability

- Implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.

Some of the daily activities of the logistics and operations team

- Daily order processing and timely dispatch

- Ensure proper Storage/Dispatch/Receiving of Stocks

- QC management and handling third-party service providers for repair/replacement

- Management of Damage Stocks/Repair/Scrapped/Accessories

- Looking into MIS Reporting, System entries, and Filling of all documents related to dispatch/ Receiving/ transfer of Stocks/ New procurement.
