Partner with our clients to deliver predictable outcomes and customer experiences and predictable growth for their business by: - Delivering and communicating ROI for our clients, throughout the customer lifecycle - Being the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality - Able understand customer outcomes through collection of data and feedback. - Turns analysis into on-boarding and retention strategies and feeds into the product road map - Entire teams looks up to Customer success for key decisions - Responsible for Product advocacy, Demonstration, objective setting and support - Voice of the customer to provide input into core product, marketing and sales process - Collaborate closely with clients to support renewals and expansion opportunities - Primary contact for the on-boarding of new customers, training of platform for admin and end users, go-live support - Responsible to measure Adoption rate, Trigger activities to increase efficacy and adoption - Drives customer success by partnering with clients and brainstorming innovative ideas - Collaborate with the development team to set up or configure our platform as per customers- requirements - Trouble technical queries raised by customers - Provide functional insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of our platform with the aim to solve customer's problems Skills Required: - Preferably a full time education in Information Technology - Result oriented. Hunger for Speed and Action - Prior experience in driving Customer success Programs - Excellent communication skills - Ability to interact across levels - Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals - Comfort in a startup environment we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment
