We are seeking a Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist to contribute towards fulfilling our hiring, and HR administration requirements in India for roles related to IT, software engineering, content writing, and technology market research.

Specifically, the role requires the ability to successfully :

1. Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements.

2. Engage with the hiring managers to understand the job requirements and meet the hiring targets.

3. Ensure current positions are accurately posted in relevant recruiting systems and job boards.

4. Utilize all conventional and non-conventional sourcing channels such as social-media, skill-specific websites, professional and social networking sites/groups, search engines, and possible forums to locate both active and passive candidates.

5. Build and maintain an active pipeline of candidates to meet future hiring targets adequately.

6. Evaluate candidates against the job requirements on the basis of skills, functionality, domain, experience, and qualification.

7. Serve as liaison with candidates and communicate logistics associated with assessment and interviews.

8. Collate documents of shortlisted candidates and share them with the onboarding team.

9. Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

10. Connect with Training and Placement departments of various institutes to organize campus hiring.

11. Contribute towards HR administration-related activities like on-boarding, day-to-day performance monitoring, off-boarding, etc.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, and HR administration.

2. Experience in recruiting content writers/editors is a plus.

3. Smart sourcing skills including headhunting, networking, referrals, social media platforms, and job boards.

4. Excellent verbal and written English and interpersonal communication skills.

5. Self-motivated and result-oriented professional, possessing good team player qualities and excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.

Work Location: Remote (anywhere in India)

Work Timings: 2 pm to 11 pm IST
