3. Automatic Parking charges: We are first company in India who have made malls live with FasTag integration. Now one can pay Parking charges seamlessly through FasTag just like at Tolls.

4. Daily Car Wash: An entire platform for providing daily car wash to users right in their societies

5. Car service and accessories: Platform to book car services and purchase accessories for car

6. Challan services for consumers to discover and resolve their pending vehicle challans digitally

7. EV: We are setting up EV charging stations and provide real-time ETAs right. Have partnered with companies like Ather etc.

8. Vehicle insurance purchases for consumers through partner integrations

9. Real time parking booking in advance along with online payment

10. Automated Gate Access Management Solution using RFID Technology

11. Park & Shop: Building next-gen offline to online shopping experience.

THE POSITION:

As an Engineering Manager, you will own a delivery & technology vision for developing services and components which will act as building blocks for product development. You will work closely with the product management team, engineering teams, & customers. Developing right technology vision, practices, team culture to ensure quality, timely delivery, & innovation are going to be a key focus area.

Your Responsibilities:

Technical Guidance: You will provide technical leadership to a team of excellent software engineers; this requires that you have the technical depth to make complex design decisions and the hands-on ability to lead by example.

Execution and Delivery: You will be expected to instill and follow good software development practices and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. You should be familiar with agile practices as well as be able to adapt these to the needs of the business, with a constant focus on product quality.

Team management: You will be responsible for hiring and mentoring your team; helping individuals grow in their careers, having a constant dialogue about their aspirations and sharing prompt, clear, and actionable feedback about performance.

Desired Skills And Requirement:

Technical depth: You have the strong technical competence required to gain credibility. Ability to architect, design and code yourself. Technical experience in building and operating web-based applications. Deep understanding of all layers of the web-stack work (from the client interface to the database.) Knowledge of multiple technology stacks/languages/tools and their pros/cons.

Execution ability: Focus on delivering products in a timely manner with high quality. Familiarity with multiple software development practices and tools, and the proven ability to adapt, champion and institute good practices and tools.

- You must have a degree in Computer Science or a related field. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, concurrency and fundamentals of computer-science.

- Strong problem-solving skills, data structures and algorithms. Strong hands-on technology experience building and running large-scale systems.

- Be a very hands-on manager by involving in coding, code reviews, design and architecture reviews.

- 7+ years of previous software industry experience. 2+ years of dedicated Engineering management experience.

- Strong interpersonal skills to drive the roadmap execution across different geographies, product and functional teams.

- Experience crafting products powered by data and insights, instrumentation, experimentation, and metrics-driven success criteria.

- Deep understanding of building cloud native aps on either AWS/Azure or GCP.
