Role and Responsibilities - Developing and implementing learning strategies programs that are aligned with the organization's objectives and having a strong understanding on the same - Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements - Build cross-functional relationships and address need gaps through learning and development programs - Think strategically and work across the organization to develop and deliver innovative, high-impact training programs - Design, manage and deliver employee life cycle training program including Behavioral, performance enhancement, management and leadership programs etc. with the intention to expand on the talents and skills across all employees at all levels within an organization - Having an awareness of the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions in order to implement the required training - Evaluating the performance of an employee on monthly basis Candidates interested from India and ready to relocate can also apply.
