Job Purpose

- The role involves business needs and working with data to assist in decision making to reach business goals.

Key areas of responsibility

- Prepare user-friendly database of customers in the cluster. High level of granularity of data will be required. Users should be able to slice and dice the data base from various angles.

- Prepare ‘go-to market’ strategies for selected segments and routes.

- Conduct competitor benchmarking for segments and routes, regions.

- Establish, manage, review and provide management information on segmentation, market mapping and market share development through dashboards, reports

- Together with trade managers, support performance management on segmentation, market mapping through target setting, follow up, corrective actions, for the cluster, region and locations for both ML and SCL

- All data from multiple sources needs to be analysed to assist sales teams to priorities and sell and extract value.

Skill-set required

- Good Exposure in data analytics.

- Advance knowledge analytical tools like MS Excel, Access.

- Expert knowledge of analytical tools like Macros, Forms etc.; Advanced MS Access; Visual Basic

- Result orientation

- Ability to work rapidly with multiple sources of data

Compensation - 8,00,000 to 12,00,000 pa
