Segment Sales Head
We have been retained by our Client , a Large Realty group to recruit a professional of your profile for the position of Segment Sales Head to be based in Mumbai.
This is a key leadership role that is pivotal in driving the growth of the business. The role has the responsibility of sales strategy & execution, building & nurturing channel partner relationships, delivering profit margins by ensuring cost controls, understanding consumer behaviour, and influencing customer experience, and developing the sales systems and processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve & exceed business expectations. Set clear directions and goals for the team to be clear in its short-term and long-term objectives.
- Drive the sales strategy, increase revenue and improve customer relationships.
- Understand market trends , comparative analysis of these trends to formulate an effective way forward. Review the progress of the team and take necessary course corrections to achieve desired results.
- Focus on driving building blocks and be clear on required inputs to achieve the output.
- Build a distinctive selling organization capable of extending the reach and providing superior execution of customer/consumer programs.
- The objective would be to establish a high-growth market for the portfolio in a highly fragmented market with multiple unorganized players
