- Responsible for developing & executing business and marketing strategy for Lubricants for After Market / Bazaar Trade and achieve volume, profit & brand objectives.
- Conceptualize and drive growth & market share acquisition initiatives
- Product positioning and portfolio, product catalog, price benchmarking and market activations.
- Manage portfolio to keep it in line with market needs
- Pricing management to optimize margins
- Closely work with brand and Marcom team to drive BTL branding elements, in market activations and customized digital marketing and PR programs.
- Responsible for trade marketing initiatives including channel schemes, incentives and consumer promos.
- Manage segment budgets optimally through right mix of spends .
- Channel and trade marketing accountability.
