Segment Lead
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
- To develop an annual roadmap for the segment in line with business objectives
- Marketing proposition owner for the segment, with the goal of maximizing value by delivering compelling propositions for the segment.
- To ensure business performance of the segment
- To define BTL cross / up-selling & retention strategy as well as the segments GTM.
- Design the segments customer experience and liaise & support various cross functional teams in implementing it.
Must have technical / professional qualifications :
- Significant experience in marketing field (B2C experience) - at least 12+ years
- MBA Degree holder from tier 1 B-School only
- Project management and analytical thinking skills
- Brand management experience
