Total Openings -6 Expected Joining- Jan/Feb Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Gurgaon, & Chennai As a Segment Sales Lead, the right candidate would be a Sales Leader who would define and develop the commercial strategy for the respective segment he/she is aligned to and ensure Top Line Growth for the Country .. The role will be responsible for developing the commercial capabilities for the respective segment area. Key Responsibilities as a Segment Sales Lead - Works closely with the Commercial Director and Segment Director to build win, retention and growth strategies for each customer. - Meeting sales goals and reporting results as necessary. - Understand the needs of our customers and develop tailored solutions to address their needs. - Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities. - Responsible for all service lines ie Catering, Cleaning, Technical and Security. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS - At least 10+ years related experience of in commercial service enterprise with emphasis on sales processes, procedures account management experiences of which 3 years at senior managerial level. - Strong market knowledge and the ability to develop/deliver facility services solutions. Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret various types of business documents such as complex and lengthy RFP documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. - Strong stakeholder engagement ability to work through Segment Heads in so to achieve business objectives with fairness and transparency. - Excellent customer service orientation/skills and proven negotiations skills. - Passionate about creativity and enjoys developing news ways to present ideas. - Desire to learn and enjoys taking on challenges. - Self-driven with ability to multi-task. - Demonstrated ability to manage accounts with high quality and within contractual frames. - Excellent English language and communication skills, spoken as well as written PS : Professionals with Business development/sales background/key account management exposure in facility management services/telecom/physical security/Pest Control and Hygiene services/ Food Safety & Hygiene Solutions/Controls, Fire & Security/Mechanical or Industrial sector/Building Management systems etc would be entertained for the role.
