Job Description

Customer Centric Expertise:

- Integrates knowledge into business strategies and solutions. Researches, reviews and analyzes information about competitors' products and services to develop a comprehensive understanding (breadth and depth) of specific competitor activities and their impact on company strategy to improve our competitive position.

- Generates end customer insights and opportunities, Identifies relevant emerging trends and resulting implications & opportunities. And discovers and understands thoroughly end customer dynamics around purchase behavior, use and decision making and resulting implications


- Drive Specialty products sales for India as well as ROSA (Bangladesh, Srilanka, Pak, Nepal, Bhutan and Maldives collectively termed as termed as 'Rest of South Asia'). This position will be responsible for the day to day management of customer facing deliverables while helping firm up long term business strategies. The role will involve lot of interaction with cross functional teams and the other business leaders in the Speciality business to ensure sharing and utilizing best practices in order to differentiate the client in the eyes of our customers.


Market Assessment & Value Proposition:

- Identifies implications of changing competitive & market landscape, Understands competitor strategies, source of differentiation and product portfolio strategy for relevant segment and Identifies changes in competitive strategies and builds contingency plans.

- Develops differentiated, relevant and credible value propositions, Clearly defines needs based segments of customers, end customer, and influencers, and selects appropriate targets and Creates compelling value proposition articulating clearly why target should purchase from the client


Growth Strategy & Customer Focus:

- Drives development of cross-functional growth strategies, Drives market & opportunity based planning, ensuring that all planning begins with customer needs. Develops marketing strategies to capture prioritized growth opportunities and creates rich pipeline of concepts and roadmaps for new products, services and other growth initiatives.

- Partner with sales & technical services to implement customer specific growth strategies, Builds strong relationships with end customers. Defining and implementing short and long term Technical Service strategies to address customer needs.


Profile

- Bachelor's / Management Degree with 18 years of professional work experience in B2B sales, sales & marketing in professional services, business development in professional services, and client relationship management.

- Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types and backgrounds.


- Showcase exemplary people leadership and develop future organization.


- Experience in Packaging industry catering to multi-segments and in ROSA market


- Travel including international travel, therefore employee must possess or can acquire a valid passport.


- Ability to travel up to 50 to 60%.
