Job Description :

Develop strong relationships with top affiliates in all on-line markets for better placements and visibility of the brand. Monitor affiliate activity, direct publisher and on-line mobile traffic from unique quality sources and analyse performance, identify areas of improvement and maximize campaign performance. Implement strategy for on boarding affiliates via programs, including awareness, acquisition and retention tactics to achieve business targets and revenue growth. Pro actively develop and grow the performance ad network, exploring new opportunities, partnerships and formats throughout. Launching new app download campaigns and bringing more ROI efficiency in the existing campaigns through various multi -level optimizations. Monitoring and reporting on Competitors Affiliate Campaigns and Promotions Digital Marketing, Partner Relationships, ROI, Campaigns, Promotions & Affiliate Marketing.

Skills :

- Excellent working relations with affiliate marketing networks, direct publishers and app developers for initiating new ROI driven marketing campaigns

- Proven record in negotiation and management of on-line media campaigns for user acquisition

- Knowledge in ad-serving technologies, experience in campaign management

- Excellent time management and project management skills

- Strong organizational, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to multi-task, work under pressure

- The successful candidate will be highly analytical and detail-oriented, possess superior communication skills, and be comfortable working independently with minimum supervision

- Candidates must demonstrate a superior track record for creative problem solving, strategic thinking, and success in all phases of business development including prospecting, acquisition, integration and retention of partners

- Requirements include a minimum of five years business-to-business enterprise complex sales/partnership experience in on-line or software industries with a heavy bias toward web affiliate, on-line advertising and video/music environments

Specific work elements :

- Maintaining and developing affiliate marketing programs for driving user acquisition

- Recruiting new affiliate partners

- Monitoring affiliate practices to increase ROI on marketing campaigns

- Negotiating and evaluating affiliate advertising agreements

- Maintaining relationships with Affiliates, App Publishers and Partners

- Regularly monitoring campaign performance; compiling and submitting campaign performance reports; monthly invoices from affiliate partners; and handling the buying, renegotiation of rates, renewing or cancelling media placements and other averting programs

Requirement :

- 6+ years- experience in B2B business development, solutions-sales, alliances/partnerships with 4+ years in the Indian Internet Industry

- Keen understanding of on-line advertising models, especially affiliate and Mobile Marketing

- Experience with web/app analytic tools

- Excellent written and oral communication skills required

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple work streams

- Ability to manage and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders including marketing, creative, media, and content acquisition teams.

- Strong drive for execution and delivering results. An ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast paced environment is crucial. Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done and thinking big at the same time.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred

- Experience in the Mobile/Healthcare Industry preferred

- Ability to work with wide range of people at all decision-making levels
