SEED - Senior Manager - CSR

- Ability to sell SEED’s CSR services to client organizations

- Framing CSR road map for client organizations.

- Need Assessment (Identifying Key Operation Area and Projects),

- Designing stakeholders engagement activities.

- Ensuring statutory and regulatory CSR compliances for the client organization.

- Sustainability reporting of the client organization as per various national and global formats.

- Networking, Represent, Liaisoning with Government officials, ministries, bureaucrats, embassies, media and various institutions and regulatory authorities.

- Designing CSR scorecard for monitoring and impact evaluation of various CSR Projects/programs

- Ensure employee volunteerism and communication in client’s CSR projects

- Formulation of MIS, CSR reporting, newsletter, account statements and annual report of the CSR.

- PR Event Management (For CSR Initiative)

Desired Profile-

- Passionate and self driven .

- Project management skill set.

- Understanding of social-economic issues of the project site.

- Sound knowledge of the corporate social responsibility legislations, statutory and requirements impacting the social environment.

- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.

- Persuasive ability

- Good team player and ability to drive projects with cross functional teams. - Ability to build strong working relationships across organizational levels.
