What is your role:

- The Marketing Manager role is a leadership role and you will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization and our clients. The marketing efforts would include building a B2C brand to attract candidates who are interested in pursuing a Masters degree abroad through online and in-person events.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ideating, managing and delivering campaigns for SEED's client universities by working closely with the campus ambassador network, influencers, network partners and the digital marketing team.

- You will be responsible to build and manage the SEED campus ambassador network, oversee marketing collaterals (design and copy), liaise with and work alongside the advertising/digital marketing team to maximize the impact of marketing assets, including: social media, design, editorial, events and copywriting and execute and, own a strong Marketing strategy across all events.

Job Responsibilities:

- Create tasks, effectively manage and lead a team of Marketing executives to manage end-to-end campaign delivery for SEED's client universities.

- Generate maximum ROI by effectively managing the marketing budget per campaign.

- Manage relationships and engage with influencers and SEED Campus Ambassadors in undergraduate college campuses.

- Regularly liaise and support the digital marketing team in campaign deliverables.

- Oversee creatives for marketing collaterals by implementing brand guidelines.

- Managing data on Microsoft excel and SEED's CRM platform.

- Oversee copy for a variety of media including social, video, WhatsApp marketing and email marketing.

- Build the SEED brand by regularly managing content and engagement on various social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

- Review campaigns' performance reports, incorporating learnings into recommendations for future programs and marketing initiatives.
