SecureNow - Partner - Product Management

Looking for a Senior Resource in Product Management for our Marketing and Product Management team. The person, will be responsible for leading a team of Senior Product Managers to build and execute an effective Product Management strategy and business game plan for SecureNow.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Understand and develop framework for product business lines, and categories

- Drive the success of current product range as per agreed metrics. Responsible for delivery and regular review of these metrics with the senior team

- Market assessment of different competitive segments on the basis of size, attractiveness, growth potential, profitability etc.

- Developing customer and consumer insights and applying them effectively to design new products and innovations to deliver significant business impact.

- To create product success campaigns and execute with internal and cross functional teams in marketing, sales, underwriters, and external stakeholders such as insurers.

- Build up consumer and customer understanding and quickly develop market and industry knowledge, including competitor intelligence and analyse these for design of hard hitting campaigns

- Liaise with insurance companies to develop and launch SecureNow specific /exclusive products

- Effectively lead a team of 3-4 Senior Product Managers and their reportees below

Required Candidate profile :

- Post graduate in Management with 6 to 12 years experience in BFSI, Consumer / FMCG / Tech /other similar industries

- Overall experience of 6+ years. Sales / marketing experience and product management experience each to be at least 2 years

- Insurance domain experience/knowledge would be useful, but not a must

- Good communication skills

- Ability to manage insurers relations

- Ability to execute flawlessly, set measures and report progress so as to continuously drive up organisational effectiveness and efficiency

- Leadership ability and skills to inspire and lead a team below
