The person would build a sales team and serve clients in Delhi/NCR and other metros.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:

- To set up and build business in our primary locations,

- Build and train sales teams

- To provide guidance to team members on activities across client development phase including market scanning for potential clients

- Proactive reaching out to prospective clients, understanding client needs, generating quotes from multiple Insurance companies, developing customized client pitch documents, make client presentations, ensure a smooth fulfillment process etc.

CANDIDATE BACKGROUND:

- Post-graduate degree with minimum 5 years of work experience in Branch Expansion preferably in leading private sectors

- Ideal candidate would have experience in building branches at a General or Life insurers. Experience of branch building in NBFCs is also relevant. Candidates from non-insurance background can also apply.

DESIRED Skills & COMPETENCIES:

- Calm under pressure, have a great work ethic and communicate well

- Always proactive, open to new ideas and pushing for a higher standards

- Highly motivated, achievement oriented

- Candidates who have an entrepreneurial mindset will have an edge.

- An aptitude to deal with people is important

Salary offered : 10-20 LPA
