Responsibility - Primary
- Develop Plans to achieve Targets set by the organization
- Make cold calls and fix meetings with potential customers based on the industry segmentation in the assigned geographic territory.
- Effectively communicate about our products and services to the clients & prospects over the phone & in person
- Achieve targets set by the management consistently every month
- Ensure high customer satisfaction among business stakeholders.
- Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow a profitable business.
- Represent organization in regional/national events
- Constantly look for opportunities to expand scope of service offered and width of client served

Responsibility - Secondary
- Develop Address Customer issues if any on a timely fashion
- Escalate issues if any on a timely fashion
- Effectively communicate relevant information to all stakeholders
- Perform other tasks and duties as and when required by the Reporting Officer
Desired Competencies:
- 4+Years of experience in Sales.
- Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate, MBA Sales/ marketing is preferred
- Experience in enterprise software like HRMS, Time & Attendance, IDM, Payroll will be preferred
- Experience in B2B Sales.
- Results and process oriented, good people manager
- Confident and able to carry himself/herself professionally in dealing with HR Head/ Manager in the companies.
- Communication & presentation skills.
- Analytical Skills
