The organisation which intends to move up the value chain in the EPC segment with its HQ being based at Mumbai is looking for a Vertical Head for Water division.

Position : Sector Head (Water)

Reports to : Head Operations

Objective of the role :

To ensure qualitative execution and delivery of projects on time & within budgets, by implementing best safety & quality standards along with process adherence.

Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for smooth delivery of Project within Budget & Timeline meeting expectations of all stakeholders.

2. Manage Turnover, Project Margin, and Unbilled Revenue.

3. Risk assessment & Mitigation plan related to Project.

4. Planning & Execution of Resources (Man, Material & Money).

5. Direct & Lead the Project Team to achieve desired output.

6. Managing Vendors, Suppliers, Subcontractors, GC & Client.

7. Maintain optimum level of productivity to ensure deliverables within fixed timelines.

8. Maintaining high level of Quality and Safety standards at site.

9. Monitor timely billing, claims & variations.

10. Ensure laid down systems & processes are strictly followed at site.

Skills, Experience & Education :

1. B.E/ B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical). MBA will be an added advantage.

2. 15+ years of experience in execution of large infrastructure projects.

3. Knowledge of Project Management, Contracts Management, Engineering & Techno - Commercial.

4. Knowledge of Statutory and environmental guidelines for Infrastructure and various clearances/approvals required for execution of projects.

5. Must be a go-getter with entrepreneurial spirit.

6. Good communication and people management skills.
