Sectona is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to work in all stages of customer lifecycle and is experienced with strong account management. You will be working closely to strategically build and map accounts - from government to large enterprise to mid-market and SMB accounts across assigned territory. You will also be responsible for strengthening existing channel relations and build newer channel partners in assigned territory. building our channel partner ecosystem & sales funnel across assigned territory. Beyond this, you are required to work closely with customers to provide technical solutions by asking & clarifying questions and presenting required solutions.
What you will do for Sectona?
- Strategize, develop a plan and generate new business opportunities to fuel Sectona's Pipeline and Growth in newer markets.
- Collaborate internally with marketing, SDR, customer success, channels and sales operations team to build sales funnel, drive account penetration strategies, and develop new opportunities for focus regions.
- Utilize business and industry knowledge to research and segregate accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and nurture accounts.
- Outbound prospecting to companies via cold calling, email marketing campaigns, channels etc.
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Sectona products.
- Demonstrate the ability to address each customer's and partner's unique inquiry, while providing them with the proper information and appropriate solution based on the customer's specific needs and interests.
- Actively nurture and strengthen existing key partner relations.
- Actively lead and drive recruitment of new and appropriate security partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans through/with customers and partners.
- Follow-up on all leads supplied and ensure internal systems are updated.
- Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations and the closing process.
- Maintain a positive, professional & customer service attitude.
- Adapt, Engage and use prudent discretion to involve Sectona business partners where appropriate.
- Position Sectona product against competing & complementing products sold by partners.
- Establish & maintain technical credibility with prospects and existing clients.
- Communicate with engineering and marketing teams as appropriate with respect to evolving customer requirements.
- This job may require adequate travel across assigned geography.

Skills and Experience you require:
- 5+ years of experience in working in CyberSecurity, Automation, Infrastructure or Development technologies.
- Experience of working in a Distributor or System Integrator setup is a plus.
- Effective Communication: Deliver oral and written communications that are impactful and persuasive for the intended audience
- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/ B.E./ BMS) from any field is encourage. A background in Information Technology (IT) or Computers is a plus.
- MBA degree in marketing or sales is a plus.
