Educational Background and Work Experience B.E/B.TECH (Chemical) with 15-18 years of experience Responsible for production of the desired quality of Coke as per rolling plan using the optimum quantity of raw materials and utilities KRA's and Key Activities - 1. Achieving overall targets of cost, quality, and productivity in terms of shift-wise production of Coke to fulfill the requirement of customer 2. Preparing and analyzing daily production reports 3. Monitor deviations w.r.t. Production plan, carry out gap analysis and advise corrective actions. 4. Co-coordinating with Maintenance to ensure smooth operation and 100% of availability of the plant 5. Implementing cost reduction initiatives in the plant 6. Ensure Quality checks of Raw Materials and Coke Produced 7. Implementation of organizational initiatives in the context of the Coke Oven Plant 8. Ensure accurately and on-time dispatch of finished goods from Coke Oven plant to customers 9. Procurement of operational consumables as per the requirements of the Coke Oven Plant 10. Checking and certifying bills raised by the parties 11. Coordinating with audit for all audit queries 12. Responsible for resource allocation & optimal utilization of manpower for operational activities at Coke Oven Plant 13. Ensure compliance with Environmental policies 14. DuPont safety implementation 15. Ensure implementation of safety standards and their adherence Training of personnel & implementation of developmental initiatives
