Role: Section in Charge

Department: Operations

Reporting To: Factory Manager

Job Profile - Experience/Roles & Responsibilities

Must:

- Monitor and manage production processes from Machine Peeling to IR and grading.

- Maintain logbook for machine and production records.

- Ensure desired Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of each section are met.

- Train and supervise national resources working in the section.

- Ensure compliance with various quality measures/certifications and implementation of all controls. Ensure adherence to process quality parameters and end product quality.

Preferred:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction such as energy saving, manpower optimization, spares & consumables, etc.

Specific Remarks:

- Ensure the implementation of a preventive plan for the process & utility equipment.

- Manage Man-Machine Utilization.

- Focus on cost-saving, waste reduction, and manpower optimization.

- Take actions to capture/prevent in-process cost of rejection/wastages.

Salary Offered : 10-21 LPA
