SEC Filing Professional - CA/CPA - BPO

Summary of Role / Profile:

Focus of the Function:

Assist in preparation of schedules relating to transactions such as goodwill testing business combinations, preparation of analysis of revenue contracts, stock based compensation pushdown Participate in preparing the SEC filings like 8K/10Q/10K. Assist in researching USGAAP related guidance to ensure appropriate accounting for significant transactions.

Accurate preparation and for SEC reporting disclosures for documents like 10Q, 10K. Understand the business and demonstrate an ability to work with other team members to while ensuring USGAAP compliance.
