Client is one of leading Analytics & Financial Services professional education solutions provider ; offering customised training solutions to meet skill set requirements.  The role focuses on in-house managed Paid Search through channels like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Affiliates, Yahoo and more.   The SEM Manager will be responsible for developing B2C SEM strategy.  Role specs :   - Develops, implements, and optimizes Paid Search campaigns and digital marketing programs.  - Manages paid search (PPC) campaigns, working closely with content strategists - Uses data-driven approaches and web analytics for reporting insights and optimising campaigns.  - Executes tests (ad copy, landing page, etc) and strategic plans end-to-end.  - Mentors supporting team   - Partners with internal teams to ensure consistent marketing and maximizes business opportunities across channels.  - Serves as thought leader and advocate for new technologies, platforms, and programs.  - Identifies and applies best practices and monitors changes in the digital space.  Candidate specs:   - Expertise in an agency or client-side digital marketing setting, with hands-on experience managing and optimising online marketing campaigns including large scale Paid Search accounts and affiliate marketing campaigns.  - Strong fundamental internet marketing skills across multiple channels  - Demonstrated hands-on experience with PPC.  - Excellent analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills are a must.  - Possess excellent communication and presentation skills in order to interface with teams and strategic leads.  Salary Range: 7 - 9 LPA
