This opening is for one of the world's leading Executive Search and Management Assessment firms, with 39 offices around the world. The client works on a retained basis to deliver solutions to organizational challenges through the recruitment of exceptional leaders and work in more than 40 practice areas to provide specialized industry and functional expertise to clients in major markets around the world.

The Responsibilities:

- The Associate will lead searches for senior level executives on behalf of corporate clients across all major functions and industries. Over time, Associates are viewed by clients as strategic industry and functional experts who can quickly grasp the elements of a business strategy and work with the client to develop the appropriate human capital solution.

- Initially, the individual will focus on completing senior level assignments of high quality. This will include: developing thorough position specifications, making candidate sourcing calls, identifying and evaluating candidates, presenting candidates to clients, conducting reference checks, and negotiating the successful close of search projects.

- Additionally, s/he will participate in and lead business development activities with other senior colleagues to strengthen our firm's overall market presence by attracting new clients and expanding existing client relationships.

- These efforts will require a deep understanding and perspective on the specific vertical. More specifically, Associates are responsible for meeting with clients to assess their needs, develop a search strategy that meets those needs, and then execute the search

Specification:

- Should have experience working in professional services, preferably business consulting.

-Should have at least 3 years of post MBA exp

- Should not be from recruitment profile

- Candidate should be from top institute like IIM/XLRI/ISB

- Preferably from Big 4 or larger MNCs like Microsoft, IBM
