Your bucket of undertakings

- Will be responsible for acquiring enterprise accounts. Sales comes first (India geography)

- Mentoring a young team.

- Analyze market conditions and trends, identify opportunities and create a pipeline of interesting appointments on a daily basis.

- Handling the Cloud solution selling for Google products such as Google Workspace, Chrome, VDI, Identity etc. for India geography.

- Deliver powerful presentations for an unforgettable impact and a customized proposal with the aim to awe.

- Collaboratively work with the delivery team in distributed geographies to get the solutions implemented with a fanatical support drive.

- Manage customer relationships to procure repeat business and life-time references.

- Ensure continued customer satisfaction levels and develop Searce's image as a trustworthy, capable and reliable technology partner.

- Timely invoicing, forex calculations, audit and collections till payment realization.

Accomplishment Set :

- Passionate, persuasive, articulate Cloud professional capable of quickly establishing interest and credibility

- Good business judgment, a comfortable, open communication style, and a willingness and ability to work with customers and teams

- Strong service attitude and a commitment to quality

- Highly organized and efficient

Education & Experience :

- Computer engineering degree with an MBA from tier 1 school

- 5-8 years of real experience in enterprise SaaS sales in India market

- Strong work ethic, a track record of high productivity and sales achievement

- Comfortable working in an all-hands start-up environment - owning a project, wearing many hats to get the job done, attention to detail and strong follow-through

- Experience in interacting with non-IT CXOs
