SUMMARY OF THE POSITION :
As a member of the Product Care India team and a thought leader for the E-Commerce & 3PL sector, this role will be responsible for refining the go-to- market strategy as well as developing tactical plans to profitably grow the business to E-Commerce & 3PL companies and partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop in-depth knowledge of overall sector, key customers, competitors, and monitor trends, working with the Marketing team to share pertinent information
- Develop communications strategy working closely with marketing communications team, prioritizing activities, developing compelling collateral which includes customer success stories and testimonials.
- Define and deliver market sub-sector primary and secondary research that is necessary to refine overall strategy
- Develop customer playbooks with Marketing for sub sectors, using segmentation techniques to advance our pricing management best practices
- Responsible for assessing E-Commerce portfolio health, evaluating customer profitability
- Partner with Customer Leadership Teams, Sales and Product Management to develop tactical plans that align to the strategy. This includes tools to share our differentiated value effectively
- Manages National (Local) & Global Key Accounts belonging to concerned sector
- Develop VALPRO for sales teams for various application across the sector
