Education and Experience
Minimum Education Required: Graduate ( Science preferred but not mandatory) / MBA
Experience required: 8- 12 years sales experience in Service industry, B2B industry or catering to HORECA industry.
Capabilities and Strengths:
Strong B2B Sales experience
Must have experience handling a team for at least 3 Years
Strong communication skills
Must have exposure working in Mumbai and Pune areas.
Strong analytical skills.
Good sales management process & planning skills.
Willingness to travel up to 60%.
Excellent planning, organization, and execution skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ambitious & is fast tracker interested to take his career to next level within next 3- 5 yrs.
Job Profile:
- Dual role of handling key accounts and subordinates.
- Manage outstanding accounts receivable and resolve customer problems.
- Ensure monthly/period sales, expense budget and profitability is achieved.
- Ensure service standards are followed within area (95% compliance) to ensure minimum account retention.
- Ensure daily/weekly delivery of product and area coverage by managing field personnel schedules and route schedules.
- Forecast, Zonal & Locational Sales, monthly.
- Assists in establishing sales quotas and budgets.
