SDM/GM - Transitions

- SDM/GM Transitions will be responsible for managing end-to-end Transition of business processes from one of more segments of clients to offshore delivery centers.

- SDM/GM Transitions are expected to lead a large portfolio of Transition projects. GM Transitions should be able to lead the pre and post contract due diligence.

- The candidate needs to be a strong leader, extremely proactive in thinking ahead, planning and working with various stakeholders in identifying, escalating and mitigating the project risks.

- Transition Management experience.

- Should have done end-to-end transitions from Solution design to steady state / handover to operations. Should
have lead multiple transitions simultaneously.

- PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
