Must Haves :
- Minimum of overall 13 years experience, with minimum 7 yrs. in transitions (as a lead/ manager) and 4 yrs. of people/ team management (operations management)
- Data driven with a keen eye for detail proactive identification of failure points/ risks and develop action/ mitigation plans
- Ownership & accountable for the team performance (SLAs and KPIs)
- Meticulous with focus on reporting and developing a 30-60-90 day roadmap for self and the team
- Pragmatic with an outlook for inside out & outside in view of operations and continuous improvement
- Effective & fluent communication skills English
- Exposure in working with Global clients, conversant with International Business culture
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders both internal and clients
- Hand on experience on MS-Office tools - MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, and basic formulae such as V/H lookup etc.)
- People & Vendor/Partner Management Skills
- Ability to drive initiatives/Pilots independently and derive insights from them
Good to have :
- Experience in directly managing a Field sales team
- Working as a project manager for multi-vendor/partner projects
- Exposure to Online tools Maps/ Google docs etc.
Job Description :
- Lead theteam&governance for operations
- To track partner's recruitment and training programs
- Keep track of day to day on ground operations (productivity/ quality & risk) and lead team motivation and highlight any anomalies
- To randomly audit and check status of field activity and drive right behavior and Process adherence across the field Operations
- To track and improve quality of team at all levels
- Prepare Project performance decks & present the same to stakeholders
- Full time MBA from a Reputed Institute
