Service Delivery Leader / Process Consultant

Job Description

Service Delivery Leader/Process Consultant:

- Responsible for the necessary management oversight

- Functional and operational process ownership. Responsible for developing, institutionalizing, monitoring and enhancing operational processes

- Review service failures and produce and maintain service improvement plans

- Ensure appropriate documentation is in place for specific support requirements

- Organize and chair weekly/monthly/quarterly service review meetings

Must Have skills

- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills

- Experience of working in Support engagements (preferably on Financial domains and trading platforms)

- Experience on managing team of 6-10 people providing L2 support

- Experience of managing all the client communications, status reporting etc.

- Good analytical, interpersonal, customer relationship

- Comfortable in dealing with Senior Management in client based settings

- Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively

- Enthusiasm for taking responsibility

- A self-motivated individual who is goal orientated, able to work with minimal supervision and contribute effectively to the team.

- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a rapidly changing environment

- A passion for knowledge.

- Knowledge of financial industry, instruments and market

Good to have skills-

- Experience in supporting wallstreet or similar financial and trading products
